Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a driven and talented Account Executive to join our Sales team. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our client base by prospecting, selling, and closing high-value strategic accounts in the B2B, DTC, and agency partnership verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive at PrograMetrix, you will be responsible for:
Sales & Business Development
- Prospect, qualify, and manage outbound sales opportunities across B2B, DTC and agency partner verticals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business revenue and client acquisition.
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, networking, and industry events to build pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle — discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing of deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Forecast accurately and maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in CRM.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with executives and marketing leaders at prospective and existing clients.
- Partner with client services and campaign teams to ensure seamless onboarding and alignment on client goals post-close.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts based on client objectives and performance insights.
Market & Service Leadership
- Maintain deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, competitive offerings, and advertising trends to inform sales positioning.
- Gather client insights and feedback to contribute into PrograMetrix’s service evolution.
This role will require balancing strategic sales execution with client-centric communication and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling digital advertising solutions and programmatic media
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing service-based contracts with 6 to 7-figures of annualized media spend commitments
- Proven success in developing and closing complex paid media and advertising agency service deals with longer sales cycles (3+ months) involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong outbound sales skills including cold outreach, pipeline generation, and objection handling.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-suite, senior marketing leaders, and business owners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with CRM, sales automation tools, and forecasting practices (HubSpot CRM experience preferred)
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, and digital media ecosystem preferred.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
