As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing marketing and communications programs for PrograMetrix and will report to the Managing Director and VP of Business Development. You will become PrograMetrix’s brand ambassador by leading brand strategy, brand development, and internal/external marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with the Management Team, Sales, and Client Services to build integrated marketing and communications campaigns that drive awareness and new client acquisition for PrograMetrix.   • Develop a content marketing strategy and calendar to drive production in all formats including press releases, social media, email newsletters, case studies, blogs, eBooks, thought leadership articles, infographics, and research reports
  • Plan and execute an innovative social media marketing strategy to build brand awareness, increase followers, increase audience engagement, participate in social listening, and use social media analytics to optimize content and report on channel performance
  • Act as a brand storyteller, edit, and curate the brand voice across all channels while creatively adapting the voice for the unique audience in each medium
  • Support the Sales team with the development of compelling presentations, whitepapers, and case studies to drive new client acquisition
  • Lead public relations strategy by developing press releases, bylines, and messaging documents through direct relationships with media publications, content syndicators, and industry influencers
  • Lead event marketing strategy and act as the editorial spokesperson at local and national marketing, advertising, and technology conferences
  • Work with the Management Team to lead marketing and advertising budget planning and oversee monthly budget management and coordination
  • Work with the Client Services team to plan and execute internal digital advertising campaigns including Email, SEO, paid search, and programmatic
  • Manage marketing automation software to support the Sales team in lead generation, lead nurturing, and new client acquisition while optimizing our sales cycle
  • Own and lead recurring marketing meeting to educate the company on key industry trends, analyst reports, and the performance of our internal marketing campaigns
  • Regular reporting to Management Team on marketing activities, results, and ROI
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university; Marketing and Advertising degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a combination of Content Publishing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Reporting/Analytics; B2B experience preferred
  • In depth knowledge of marketing automation with a process-oriented mind to design, implement, and analyze campaigns using marketing automation tools
  • Experience writing briefs, press releases, proposals, and website copy
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation software with ability to build compelling and impactful presentations and materials
  • An energetic and creative thinker with good mix of left/right brain – able to drive creative ideas and analytical content
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle and effectively prioritize several projects at the same time
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation, oral, and written business communication skills
  • Robust analytical and quantitative skills; budget management and forecasting ability required
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and implement efficient processes that improves workflow throughout the agency to maximize company profitability
