WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As the Director of Client Services, you will take direct responsibility for PrograMetrix’s relationship with clients and their associated lifetime value to the firm. You will own the strategic direction of the Client Services team, and day-to-day leadership, management, and communications to key agency accounts. Above all, you excel at building genuine, long-term relationships with clients and can identify opportunities for deepening the client relationship through innovation, the adoption of new advertising technologies, and use of broader agency services. KEY DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor our Client Services team on day-to-day client onboarding, campaign setup, management, optimization, reporting, and business development responsibilities
- Continual evaluation of employee performance and assistance with recruiting, training, and developing talent
- Manage internal processes through project management software to increase team output and efficiency
- Ultimate accountability for all services provided to clients, responsible for helping clients achieve their advertising performance goals, and demonstrate success at renewing accounts for long-term engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor to key agency accounts by leading campaign strategy and client-facing deliverables to maximize growth and lifetime value of accounts
- Work closely with Sales to identify ways to grow current accounts by retention, upsell, & cross-sell tactics
- Development of customer success stories in the form of Case Studies and client Testimonials
- Emerge as a brand ambassador through participation in the company blog and communication to clients and prospective customers via company social media channels
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university; Marketing and Advertising degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of online advertising experience required; 3+ years of client-facing experience
- Proven track record in agency-side client services/account management, with deep experience in digital and programmatic media
- Proven track record of growing accounts by forging strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending optimal strategies
- Interpersonal, team building, and relationship management skills with proven ability to recruit, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and implement efficient processes that improves workflow throughout the agency in an effort to maximize company profitability
- Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively
