A sales professional with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding new customer acquisition and revenue goals to lead our sales department. You have established relationships with senior-level brand marketers, advertising agencies, media buyers, and technology decision-makers. You excel at developing and closing complex media and advertising agency service deals with longer sales cycles that involve several stakeholders. You have a passion for digital marketing, are trustworthy, and committed to partnering with a company in a fast-paced environment. You love learning about new technology and teaching it to others.   • Prospect for, qualify, and close new brand direct and agency accounts to retain PrograMetrix’s campaign management services for programmatic, paid search, and paid social advertising
  • Prospect on LinkedIn, send emails, and make calls to potential clients to set up sales meetings with brand direct and agency decision-makers
  • Communicate the value of PrograMetrix’s campaign strategy, optimization, and reporting services by guiding prospects through customized presentations and ad tech demonstrations
  • Use your knowledge of the digital advertising industry to control the sales conversation, educate prospects, and sell solutions rather than features and benefits
  • Come to the table with new ideas for potential clients that either make or save them money and create consultative sales presentations using market trends that focus on business outcomes and ROI
  • Understand PrograMetrix’s competitive differentiators in the dynamic digital advertising landscape
  • Respond to RFPs and prepare customized proposals to win new business
  • Grow current accounts by identifying additional revenue opportunities and closing up-sell strategies
  • Provide management with regular updates on your sales pipeline and revenue forecast using CRM
  • Consistently reach and exceed your sales activity, customer acquisition, and revenue generation goals
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including Client Services and Marketing to drive revenue growth and retention with new and existing clients
  • Emerge as a brand ambassador through participation in the company blog and communication to clients and prospective customers via company social media channels
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university; Marketing or Advertising degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in an outbound (inside sales) role, ideally within AdTech or MarTech industries
  • Energetic self-starter – ability to tackle new clients and territories with little mentoring and ability to rapidly grasp new technology while bringing a high level of energy everyday
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding new customer acquisition and revenue goals
  • Established senior-level relationships with brand marketers, advertising agencies, media buyers, and technology decision-makers
  • Proven success in developing and closing complex media and advertising agency service deals for longer sales cycles (3+ months) involving many stakeholders
  • Strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with top tier clients
  • Strong ability to identify prospective client challenges while formulating tailored solutions to alleviate pain points
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiations ability while communicating complex technical concepts in simple terms
  • Experience developing and presenting formal proposals
  • Strong CRM and pipeline reporting experience (i.e. Infusionsoft/Keap, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience selling for an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP or other online advertising role is a plus
  • 3+ years selling programmatic advertising technology or campaign management services (The Trade Desk or Centro programmatic media buying platforms are preferred)
  • Day-to-day use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect for new business opportunities
  • 2+ years selling Facebook and Google digital advertising technology and campaign management services (paid social and paid search advertising)
